Modifying 2.0TFSI EA113 engines beyond OEM power levels requires additional high-pressure fuel to avoid “fuel cuts,” especially in the midrange. The factory fuel pump may experience pressure loss under these conditions.

The fuel pump’s capacity to flow fuel depends on the pressurizing cylinder inside the pump. This upgrade replaces the internal components responsible for pressure and fuel volume to meet the demands of higher power levels.

The tolerances and final surface finish of the piston inside the fuel pump are so critical that touching them with bare hands can cause damage. The tolerances between the piston and sleeve are measured using a CMM coordinate measuring machine, ensuring precise clearances at microscopic levels

• Piston surface hardened and heat treated in 3 different stages
• Uses OEM-style spring keeper, not a higher rated one that will prematurely wear the cam follower

Maximize the potential of your 2.0T FSI’s direct injection system with this upgrade. It not only increases the fuel delivery of your high-pressure fuel pump but also reduces the duty cycle of the N276 solenoid, extending its lifespan. The N276 solenoid is a common failure point in these pumps and is not available separately.

Even stock or Stage 1 setups will benefit from these internals. The upgrade can easily support 600 hp and over 175 bar, provided the hardware setup allows.

Each HPFP internal kit is sold as a rebuild kit only (not a complete unit). If you’re unable to install it, you can send us your pump for inspection, rebuilding, testing, and shipping back. Alternatively, you can choose from our new complete units.

The kit is laser-marked for traceability and protection from counterfeit replicas. The pump housing O-ring is made from Viton for durability
