MTC Motorsport Vauxhall Corsa D VXR Front Mount Tube and Fin Intercooler. We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low. We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance. The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had similar intercooler intake temperatures at around 78 degrees through 5 runs. At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temperatures were not great at 55-60 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were between 20-22 degrees over 5 runs.

The MTC intercooler features a massive competition core with flowed cast end tanks.

Pressure tested to 3 bar, these intercoolers are proven to handle over 350 bhp.

This intercooler weighs around 6kg and provides a massive 200% more volume and over 100% more surface area than the standard intercooler.

The intercooler will fit plug and play with the following vehicles:Vauxhall Corsa D VXR 1.6 Turbo 2007-2014Professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 2-3 hours.
