MTC Motorsport I30N Front Mount Intercooler Kit.We have engineered these intercoolers using a tube and fin core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low. We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had similar intercooler intake temperatures at around 76-78 degrees through 5 runs. At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temperatures were not great at 47-49 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were between 21-23 degrees over 5 runs.Included in the kit is the hoses, clamps and surround with all fittings. The MTC intercooler features out tube and fin core with flowed cast end tanks and 4 extra rows at the front to increase the surface area

Pressure tested to 2.5 bar, these intercoolers are proven to handle over 450bhp

This intercooler weighs around 5.5kg and provides near 100% more volume and 50% more surface area than the standard intercooler which is around 7 litres. This one is just over 14 litres.

The intercooler fits to the original hard pipes perfectly.

Professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 2-3 hours.
