AMSOIL Break-In Oil SAE 30 is friction-modifier-free for fast, effective ring seating in new and rebuilt performance engines.

• Break-in goal: Seat rings to cylinder wall for max compression and performance
• Proper ring seating: Increases horsepower, reduces oil use, prevents crankcase gas leaks
• Oil role: Allows controlled wear at ring/cylinder interface while protecting other parts
• Too little wear: Rings don’t seat, oil burns, and consumption increases
• Too much wear: Cylinder glazing occurs, reducing lubrication and performance
